In the early 1990's, the Company decided to venture into the medical equipment business fully aware of the importance of the after-sales service needs of the Hospital.

Right Test Tools and Equipment - To validate service results and data. People - The core of the structure of Service Department, dynamic, focused & responsible.

Training - Service Engineers are supported with both local and foreign training to enhance confidence and experience AAMI (Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation) Affiliation - to constantly update the Engineers in the current trends and practices in Biomedical field.

Today, we offer an Equipment Support Program composed of:
Comprehensive Inspection & Preventive Maintenance Programs.
Walk-Through Inspection - the purpose of area "rounds" is to verify that the equipment is in its correct location and shows no sign of abuse or damage, verify general safety and identify problems related to hospital owned equipment. User Education - training in performance verification & maintenance tasks.
