To develop this competence center, the company invested on key areas such as:
Right Test Tools and Equipment - To validate service results and data
People - Te core of the structure of Service Department, dynamic,
focused & responsible
Training - Service Engineers are supported with both local and
foreign training to enhance confidence and experience
AAMI (Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation)
Affiliation - to constantly update the Engineers to the current trends
and practices in Biomedical field.
Today, we offer Equipment Support Program composed of:
Comprehensive Inspection & Preventive Maintenance Programs
Walk-Through Inspection - the purpose of area "rounds"
this is to verify that equipment is in its correct location and shows
no sign of abuse or damage, verify general safety and identify problems
related to hospital owned equipment.
Users Education - training in performance verification &
maintenance tasks.
